The terms below cover bookings, trip changes, conduct, and liability for all Jungle n Trails trips.

A trip is confirmed once the advance payment is received; the balance is due per the schedule shared at booking. Prices are per person unless stated otherwise and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Routes, campsites, and schedules may be adjusted at the trek leader’s discretion for safety, weather, or logistical reasons. We’ll communicate material changes as early as possible.
Trekkers are expected to follow the trek leader’s instructions on trail, respect group pace, and follow leave-no-trace practices. Jungle n Trails reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a trip in cases of unsafe or disruptive conduct, without refund.
Trekking, camping, and wildlife safaris carry inherent risk. Participants acknowledge these risks and are expected to disclose relevant medical conditions before departure. Jungle n Trails carries standard trip insurance coverage as noted at booking; personal travel insurance is recommended.
Where a trip is cancelled or altered due to circumstances outside our control — extreme weather, government restrictions, natural disaster — Jungle n Trails will offer a reschedule or partial refund per the Cancellation Policy, less costs already incurred.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal.
